Sara Basso joins as Event Administrator, bringing over 16 years of experience in the events industry and a long-standing working relationship with TLC. Alongside her, Ellie Barnes returns to the business in the same role, bringing with her a wealth of operational experience from her previous eight-year tenure as Operations Director. Together, these appointments reflect TLC’s commitment to investing in experienced talent as the business expands to meet increasing client demand.
Manchester-born Sara brings extensive industry expertise and a deep understanding of event logistics. She will play a key role in supporting the wider TLC team and managing logistics for the renowned Swan Band. Known for her people-first approach and dedication to delivering flawless experiences, Sara sees her role as both a responsibility and a privilege, helping bring complex events to life with care, precision, and passion.
TLC has also welcomed Ellie Barnes back to the business as Event Administrator, who will be supporting the expanding team. Ellie previously spent eight years at TLC as Operations Director, where she played a central role in delivering the company’s most ambitious and memorable events. Having stepped away to become a mum, she now returns with invaluable knowledge of TLC’s operations, team, and exceptional standards.
