In one of the most coveted events of the year, a unique line-up of celebrities joins organiser and TLC’s CEO Liz Taylor, to celebrate International Women’s Day 2024.
Hosting the chat is Loose Women favourite Ruth Langsford, with a celebrity panel who will share a blend of light-hearted stories and personal anecdotes from their very public lives and careers, alongside exploring how they have each fought individual discrimination to rise to the top of their professions.

Ruth Langsford is a journalist and television presenter who has anchored leading ITV daytime shows such as This Morning and Loose Women. Ruth has also presented shows such as How the Other Half Live with husband Eamonn Holmes, and in 2020, launched her own fashion line with QVC, designed to cater for “women of a certain age” who often “feel invisible”.

She’s a regular panellist on Loose Women, has appeared in numerous West End shows and has become a presenter on Songs of Praise. She has survived breast cancer and domestic violence and has talked movingly about the sudden death of her son, music entrepreneur Jamal Edwards, in 2022.

In 2022, Prenger achieved a dream come true and joined the cast of Coronation Street as cruise ship singer Glenda Shuttleworth.
